  • Shipping & Delivery

  • All DVDs are in stock and will be shipped within 48 hours of your order. In some cases part of your order might be out of stock in which case it will be ordered "express" from the studio. In these cases, DVDs are normally shipped to you within 7 to 14 days.
    If there is going to be a delay to part of your order, we may ship you those DVDs that are in stock immediately, and then follow-up with those DVDs that needed to be ordered from the studios.
    All shipments are mailed in very nondescript packaging to prevent any indication as to the contents contained inside. Depending on the method of delivery the package will either be a plain white envelope or box, a standard Priority mail envelope, UPS packaging, Express mail envelope, or plain brown box. The return address on the left-hand corner shows the company as "Darkrooms Media".



  • International

  • Darkrooms Media can ship your order almost anywhere in the world. Remember that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. We must place a green customs sticker on all international orders. This sticker lists the contents as "Audio Compact Discs". We must fill in the value of the order on this sticker (shipping charges are excluded). We cannot declare an incorrect value on your shipment, and all packages must be declared as merchandise.
    Don't forget to add appropriate delivery time for your postal systems delivery and customs inspections. This may add 2 weeks to the delivery time. Adult DVDs and CDs are normally shipped in standard plastic cases and include full color artwork on the outside of the package and full color label on the actual item. We are able to ship a plain DVD/CD without any identifying labels and/or stickers. Please contact us to request this method.
    NOTE: Some countries place restrictions on certain imports, and some of these imports are banned altogether. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order. While we can refund the merchandise cost if an item is returned to us due to import restrictions, we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges. In some cases, customs officials will confiscate the restricted items, in which can we cannot refund the merchandise or the shipping and handling costs.
    When ordering internationally, please be patient for the arrival of your order. There are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. Please be understanding of this complex operation and allow 30 business days before declaring an international shipment lost in transit and requesting reshipment.
    International orders are shipped via Priority Air Lift. Labels and box covers will be shipped intact with the products.



  • Sales Tax

  • Darkrooms Media charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Merchandise that is shipped direct to the customer may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with the following exceptions: pre-recorded CD's and DVD's may not be returned unless the item is unopened or defective in which case the defective title will be replaced with the same title.
